We have been able to reduce this cost while still providing a quality service, because we use high grade cleaning products, adequate machinery, and our staff are highly trained in cleaning. These three factors allow us to perform our duties in less time, still maintaining a high standard.

The Three Factors,

- Products - we have found that by using high-grade detergents we are able to minimise time, because less maintenance is required. For example a high- grade sealer on a vinyl floor will require to be buffed twice per week, while still maintaining the shine as if it was buffed five times a week.

- Staff - Our staff are trained in Time Management, so as no time is wasted while performing cleaning duties. They also practice the Colour Code and Paper Towel Systems. These are systems, which provide a higher standard of hygiene in the kitchen and bathroom.

- Machinery - We use Hi-tech equipment, which minimise time and energy, thus reducing noise, electricity and labor costs.
